You can make a wonderful cycling trip, leisurely running through forests and villages, on the roads with little traffic along the main stream of the Shimanto River, which is one of the most famous rivers in Japan, and its tributary, while being healed by the landscape of the clear stream, also refreshed by the dialogue with nature. Using an e-bike that allows you to climb slopes more easily than you can imagine, you can explore the Japan where you have a wonderful time only when you deeply get in, such as the Kuroson River (selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan) where the beautiful river landscape goes on without cessation, and the landscape of the village where you can notice calm human lives there. We promise you a trip to enjoy the nature and countryside of Japan through a bike touring where even sweat makes you feel comfortable.

==1.7==entrance of a forest road. Go up from there to the mountain pass tunnel. You can easily go up by e-bike.
==5.0===After going through the mountain pass tunnel, go down along a mountain stream. Watch the speed.
==5.0===a hamlet, Omiya at the place of finishing going down. Run from there along the tributary, Meguro River. The landscape of paddy field and rural community goes on serenely to the river mainstream.
==12.5/4.0==Have lunch at Tsunogawa or Iwama.

==8.5 Go along with the right-bank route of the mainstream. You can enjoy the magnificent landscape of the mainstream which is different from that of a tributary.
