How can I get cash?
You can withdraw money from ATMs at Japan Post Bank with the credit card or cash card published overseas.
Can I cancel a reservation? (By when do I have to do it?)
Basically, you can cancel a reservation but please let us know by email by three days in advance as a general rule.
Will a cancellation fee be incurred if I cancel a reservation?
We will charge you a 50 percent cancellation fee if you cancel the day before the tour and a 100 percent cancellation fee if you cancel on the day of the tour. As we arrange materials and an instructor for each program, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.
How can I pay a cancellation fee and by when should I do so?
It depends on the facility. We will let you know in that instance.
What should I do if I may not be able to make it in time on the day?
Please call the facility. We try to be as flexible as possible but please note that depending on the status of booking, your activity time can be shortened. The contact information of the facility is provided in the email which will be sent to you after completing the reservation.
What should I do if I have to increase (reduce) the number of participants on the day?

Do you have special rates for children?
We are sorry but rates are basically the same for children as adults unless fees for children are specified on the website.
If we have an inquiry, by when should I make contact ?
It depends on the facility. Please check with each introductory website. Please note if you send an inquiry right before weekend/public holiday, it may take longer for the facility to respond to you. Please allow enough time for an application.
